Ruth Ugo also known as Ruth Ugochkwu Patrick was born into a Christian family of Mr & Mrs Igboke Akata also married into a Christian family of Mr.and Mrs Patrick Obiya both in Abakiliki L G A in Ebonyi state.
She started her professional music career at the age of 15, At 17 she released her first album in the year 2007 titled “Gbahara” which has touched many lives.
